Después de una semana usándola haciendo trading con el bonus de 20usd llevo siete días esperando el bonus por el que me inscribí el cual se publicita en el canal de You Tube llamado The Moon España.
A día de hoy e hablado 3 veces con el servicio técnico para que se resuelva el problema y la contestación es que tengo que esperar un correo electrónico (7 días).
También decir que cuando entré a la promoción se garantizaba el bonus de 100USD y después de crear la cuenta ya no era así, ya había cambiado la promoción y la cantidad oscilaba de 10USD a 100USD.
Seguiré preguntando día tras día por la promoción que se me ofreció como usuario.
Por el momento solo recomiendo que tengáis cuidado ya que están fiscalizados en Singapur lo que significa que a la hora de reclamar cualquier cosa hay que tener en cuenta que no hay legislación.

Optimize for iPad???
Guys, the app is great but it is clearly not optimized for iPad. Would be nice to be able to use the whole screen.
Leverage trading
Don’t leverage. Going up twice as fast is the same as going down twice as fast. No problems with withdrawal or depositing
Scam and Bad customers service
I deposited $29 to trade in futures, my onl got to $1,000 and I tried withdrawing $200, my withdrawal request was denied with a mail that I'm unable to make my withdrawal and my account has been locked.
I could not close my trade in the futures account either which led to it liquidation.
The $200 I transferred to spot was removed and all transactions history cleared. Till date I haven't gotten a reply or a refund of my money and my account is still locked.

Worst exchange I’ve used so far. Deposited some bnb and for ever 8 hours I haven’t been credited even when the transaction has been marked successful on the blockchain
