Weller: Gain Muscle with Bands

Been using it almost every day for 3 months now. So convenient.

Hello More exercise types are better, especially “Band” exercises. I should be able to set “Rest” periods in “My Workouts”. Sometimes there should be a "Skip" button so I can skip an exercise. I need to be able to move on to the next move. I should be able to place my workouts list on the days I want. For example, when it's Monday, "My Workouts" should show me whatever exercise I've put in that day.

Struggled through my first work out, tuff! Apps no fluff, straight to the point, which I like.

… but! It seems to be exactly what I am looking for. I already have bands yet was looking for an app that used loop bands rather than handles. More reviews coming as I delve more into this app.

I can feel the exercises working and can feel the muscles getting put to work. Very good app and recommend for others. Will update for results :)

Why can’t other workout apps be this easy to use… thank you Weller for making this app. I hope someday apple health can be a part of this program but til then you guys rock Well you guys went and done it…yay! I just started using this app, and I like it because it’s very simple… This is simpler (and cheaper) than anything I have used in the past… I am happy with this app…

I like the workout options. Very concise and measurable work. You set your requirements or follow suggested methods. Great app!!!
