I have had this app downloaded on my phone since the end of October, I am waiting to start because I had a total knee replacement of my right knee on November 15, 2024. I am so excited to start using this app and getting back on track!! Regain the strength in my “new knee” and strengthen my core and balance, did I mention I am a below the knee amputee on my left leg? I plan to be walking and exercising regularly with the help of this. 🫶🏻 Godspeed

Struggled through my first work out, tuff! Apps no fluff, straight to the point, which I like.
… but! It seems to be exactly what I am looking for. I already have bands yet was looking for an app that used loop bands rather than handles. More reviews coming as I delve more into this app.
I can feel the exercises working and can feel the muscles getting put to work. Very good app and recommend for others. Will update for results :)
