Resistance is key to success!
Yeah to say that I am new to resistance bands and was looking for something informative,
So far I am really enjoying using the application.
it interprets the breakdown of how many repetitions for muscle growth for specific upper/lower and whole muscle groups.
Also the structure of the pictures are very informative and easy viewing.
Well lastly even though using it’s not completely free ,$29.99 to upgrade ,but I’ve would like to say I definitely do recommend it to and to try it out yourself.

Awesome App!
Been using the free version for a couple of months now and I absolutely love it. My husband has just started working out with bands and he’s finding the workouts challenging. I plan to subscribe to the app in the near future as we’re giving it good trial run with the free version. Keep up the awesome work Weller Developers 👍👍👍

I’d really like if you could customize the amount of time between each activity. Overall, a little glitchy, but probably the best resistance band app out there right now.

Only thing missing is Apple Health integration and the ability to track workout. Other than that I think it’s the best I’ve used. Super easy!
