Such a wonderful programme to follow to improve your wellbeing. Suzy has the most wonderful voice, I felt she was speaking to me directly. Her considerable knowledge means she can deliver clear and precise techniques to try. She is encouraging and positive and I can see enormous improvements to my anxiety and stress levels. The chapters are easy to follow and understand and Suzy is so kind and encourages you to be kind to yourself. Totally empowering.
I love Suzy’s podcast and have built a good practice of self care to support my mental and physical health. I feel like this app and specifically the self paced program really built on my established habits. Suzy has such a positive, motivational approach that is simple and empowering. She cleverly layers the skills she is teaching and through the repetition they become habits. I will continue to use many of the practices I have learnt and feel the self compassionate approach has benefitted me hugely.

Fab app - easy to use! The app includes videos to aid in wellbeing. There’s also a feature to keep track of water, gratitude and tapping and a community channel/message feature. This app is definitely the first step in a wellness journey/lifestyle.

I’m fortunate to have worked directly with Suzy and also via the app and both have been incredible experiences.
