I’m Suzy Glaskie, Functional Medicine Health Coach and founder of Peppermint Wellness. I’m also trained in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique – also known as tapping), which is what has allowed me to create unique programmes for transforming your wellbeing – for good.
I've taken all of my knowledge from coaching hundreds of people back to vibrant health and created my Wellness Unwrapped programme and my Freshly Minted membership.
