New updates are brilliant ! I love the new designs and features, well done Wellspace!
I’ve been using Wellspace for nearly a year now and it’s been so helpful in raising my daily awareness of where my wellbeing is at. Paying attention to how I’m feeling has helped me manage and recognise when I have challenges in my mental wellbeing. It also encourages me to to take small steps towards my physical wellbeing daily - drinking more water, getting my steps in, trying new exercises etc It’s also got loads of great content in videos and articles for physical mental wellbeing.
I have seen many well-being apps having worked in this space for over 25 years as an expert lead and so often decline demos and opportunities to review. Wellspace have combined functionality with accessibility here so well in a bright format ticking the boxes of so many aspects others fail to do. I highly recommend . Well done to Wellspace on achieving something so many others fail to do well
I’ve enjoyed using the app as its easy to use and supports both mental and physical health. It encouraged me to be more aware and take ownership of how I’m feeling, sleeping, and how physically active I’m being (the points reward system helped to encourage these behaviours). The content is also varied and covers lots of topics like meditation, exercise, sleep stories.
I’ve been using ‘Wellspace’ App daily now for over a year. It’s a great tool for reminding me to hydrate, exercise and journal how I’m feeling. It’s quick and easy, and I love the sleep story’s! That said the biggest impact I think it had for me was it helped me focus inwards and be honest with how I am feeling, which is great in todays busy working world as it makes me address my well-being as an organic action. I can naturally identify triggers or elements of my, work, life and fitness that needs attention. I also like to see myself hitting my own set health and fitness goals! It’s good to challenging yourself!
I really enjoy using the wellspace app, and find it helps motivate me to be more active. The sleep and wellbeing tabs I find most useful and I thinks it’s very helpful to review how I am sleeping and feeling on a daily basis and then to list the positives and negatives associated with them. Steps – I use a Garmin smart watch and hike a lot, either early morning, lunchtime or in the evening so I use their challenges and measures as motivation as well. The interface between wellspace and Garmin is pretty good, though sometimes there is quite a lag. Target steps is a bit odd with ability to keep it low and fixed, though if unfixed the step targets jump up very quickly. Personally I target 10,900 steps every day but keep the target a lot lower on wellspace to pick up the bonus, maybe there could be a larger point scoring range. Activity – as well as hiking I do resistance training three times a week recorded under strength in Garmin, activities always seems to show up as walking and I can’t correlate where the minutes its picking up are coming from as they seem to be well in excess of the actual minutes of activity I do. Leaderboard – I like the competition aspect of this and find it motivates me to keep my position, however it’s not overly difficult to max out points each week, but maybe having to score points everyday is a bit to onerous and maybe cumulative steps or activity over the whole week might be better? Interests – like this and I do read the articles and checkout some of the exercise routines. Challenges – yes great, but the distance one seems to be a bit broken points wise with way to many points available for relatively short distances Overall points – yes ok but always going to favour those that started earlier, maybe a average points table to even it up. All in all, it has really assisted in improving my overall health, fitness levels and understanding of my wellbeing.
This is an app I’m trying to use through work as a healthy challenge this but it doesn’t work 9 times out of 10. Doesn’t refresh data correctly, doesn’t sync data correctly, it’s a shame! Please address it, I want to give it 5 ⭐️
The app was working ok until I now receive multiples of the same notifications in quick succession which is a bit frustrating. Hopefully this gets fixed.
This is the slowest, most unhelpful app I have ever used, it take 2 years to load anything and logs you out every week. Health data might come through or it might not, depends if the app is having a good day.
I have an iPhone 11 and this app does not want to work with my phone - really disappointing
