It’s like plugging an OBD-II scanner on your can bus (vagus nerve)!
2 years ago I got struck by a serious health issue that, after multiple specialists and thousands of dollars in all possible tests, we still don’t know what was the root cause. Being an engineer, I approach my situation as an engineering problem. My body is a complex system and I have to fix it. That’s how my journey to a better self started and found this « bleeding edge » app that provides a wealth of information. I came to the very sad conclusion that our poor medical system is still using stone edge tools (not to mention archaic root cause analysis methodology) even if the science is light years a head. How can they properly do their job is a mystery to me?!? Using Welltory allowed me to understand my condition better than what the « Omniscient » health specialists could tell me and take the right corrective actions (no guessing) in real time without having to wait for them to tell me what they think I should do. They have extremely expensive monitoring devices that only monitor the heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen% and breathing rate. It’s like asking a mechanic to figure out the problem with your car over the phone and without opening the hood !!!! With Welltory, it’s like connecting an OBD-II scanner to your CAN bus (the automotive equivalent of your vagus nerve)

App is absurdly expensive
10$/m or $128/y … All only to interpret data from your already mind blowingly expensive Watch. Cant I just track my heartbeat and send notifications to peers when I need help? Bought that Watch for my safety but no apps suitts those needs fully unless you ruin yourself out of it and all only to interpret data that the watch doesnt put up front but in recluse areas of the watch while it needs to be observed frequently.

Wow! I’m kind of blown away at the details and accuracy. Had it two days. Hope this ‘basic’ version, which is anything but that, stays around :)
Troublesome
Far too much of non-relevant content. Far too little of good data without succumbing to their fees. Few people need more useless notifications.

This app is so far off from reality an absolute disappointment, as I had high hopes based on all of the information provided. I’m beginning to suspect that most of the reviews here are fake in support of the app. Probably even written by the developer.
Really useful app
I use it to measure my HRV. The richness and variety of measurents are very useful. It would be nice however if the actual formulas for the metrics were published. As it is the metrics are interesting but it would be even more informative to see how these are arrived at.
