They never attempted to deliver orders - for Westzone Bank Street Branch
Morning Delivery NOT AVAILABLE
Please remove the time option from 9-11am if you are not capable to do so.. the same pattern as always even you’re going to request early in the morning you will receive a call to ask you if they can delivery it after 11.

Horrible delivery time! Estimated delivery is supposed to be in an hour but arrived after more than 3 hours! NOT GOING TO ORDER HERE AGAIN!
Disappointed with the app
I have tried many times. Even created 2 new emails and a new number to create an account and still, it’s not allowing me to login. Are you guys still allowing an online delivery? Seriously, why create this app and yet not working properly!
Worst Delivery App in the UAE
As what my title suggests, it is literally the worst of the worst apps to exist here in the United Arab Emirates. Normally, the delivery takes around 5-7hours from the order timestamp. And most often, they will “misprint” or “misplace” the order and you’ll never get to hear it unless you call them. I am totally aware how cheap this supermarket is and what is their target-market but that doesn’t mean they have to give us a level of service that is extremely poor. I have extended my patience on WestZone throughout these years just because they have all the stuff that I’d normally need. I’ve been living here in the country for 9 years, been using WestZone App for the said years, but nothing has changed in their ethics. It is not right that people has to settle for this crappy service as we are not getting these stuff for free. Again, 5-7 hours waiting time is just unacceptable, but seems pretty normal to this whole WestZone organisation. Recently, their app got revamped with a better and quicker UI display, but I am hoping the same for their customer service and punctuality.
