Glitchy
This app NEVER works correctly. I am unable to check in for stays. It takes forever to make a payment. I constantly have to exit and reopen because it freezes. It is useless.
Needs to be fixed
Ever since I’ve had it the app always shuts down on me won’t me let look thought my information, stays or bills without glitching.
App errors
Every time I try to go on the app I continuously get errors I’ve deleted the app and then re-downloaded it several times
Not worth it
Worse application, every time I try to see my stay or anything I just get an error and closes by itself. Delete it and installed it again and same thing. Is the worse application, I really don’t know why they still have it!

The blue waterslide has a drop at the end who scared me. You have to be at least seven to go down the slides like the blue or yellow.
Big Fail
As a first time guest, this app is the customer interface for amenities, restaurant reservation, possible FUTURE ownership. It’s soooo buggy and locks you out randomly. Why would I ever store payment info or buy anything from such a poorly developed app? The revenue loss from such a poor interface has to be staggering. 🤨
Worthless
They made me use it during my stay. I updated it (I already had it) and it only connected ONCE with nothing to add to my stay. The rep. said to use it to connect to wifi. Never happened. I forget how much I hate it until I need it and then I remember.
App is full of bugs
I have been a Westgate owner since 2017 and just downloaded the App. However, like many things with Westgate, it looks good from far but closer inspection reveals issues. The biggest one is this App functionality is low and many pages won’t load and result in an 2 message. For example, while on the resort and trying to view details of my stay, I continuously received an error message and was not able to access the resort schedules for activities and had to resort to printed copies.
Crashes most time
Can’t book vacations. If do, can’t log in.
