FULL OF BUGS

The latest version after you complete the activity waiver, it never finishes submitting, this app is complete joke and has been for years.

Great app

I have been an owner for the past 5 years and I really like how I can make payments and check my usage on the app.

Outdated

This app has had us a the bare minimum WOW loyalty tier. We upgraded to Platinum in 2020 but it never updated. We have lost out in all the benefits. We are now Elite and it still has not updated. Check-in ahead does not work!! Very disappointing as you need this app to get any discounts within the resort but isn’t upgraded!

Stability issues

The Westgate mobile app has some issues with stability. I went to review a booking that I have and every time I click on my reservation, the app returns me to the launch page. It is still running in the background but will not show me details of my reservation. Needs an overhaul by someone who understands mobile app programming.

Worst app

App shuts down when you are trying to check in, check your reservation and any other main items you wish to do. Do not recommend until they fix it ~unsatisfied owner

This app will continuously lock you out. Will not let you save a password and often times will not load properly. How are you supposed to book a room using the app that won’t load
