Tried two different cards (while sober), but the card scanner would not work with either of them. If it doesn’t work when you are sober, it must be even more frustrating after a few drinks.

The system system

The app is heavy and takes a long time to go from one screen to the next. What was most horrifying was trying to pay. Even though I have Apple Pay set up, the app keeps asking me to “set up” and wouldn’t recognize any of my credit cards, instead asking for me to register a new one (which Apple Pay wouldn’t let me because my cards were already set up). So then I tried to pay by scanning my credit card, also big fail here. The app tried to open shell browsing, but with no indication of how far the page was loaded or not. It was just a blank screen that took minutes to do anything. After 30 minutes of struggling I gave up and just ordered at the bar. So much for technology...

The George Hotel in Bewdley is great, the service is excellent, all the staff are very friendly, courteous and attentive. Not had a bad meal here, been numerous times and it’s always lovely.

Excellent food and drinks, total value for money

Heard loads of people moan about food standards, im yet to have a meal ive had an issue with, if your looking for good atmosphere and a cheap evening out why would you go anywhere else. Meal for 2 with drinks for under £20, suits me just fine.

I ask a member of staff for some help and he was very helpful and set it all up for me. A brilliant service 👍
