Ordering works perfectly, but the payment process does not work if the creditcard uses SMS for Authentication.

I have just downloaded the app at London Heathrow! Was looking for “fish&chips” which is en the paper menu! It was not to be found in the app. Manager came by and said “it was here yesterday”? Cool!? And he continued “would you mind ordering in the bar”.

Apps decent and straightforward to use. Just a suggestion - maybe automatically link to WiFi through the app? Some pubs you get no signal whatsoever thus defeating the object of the app

I ordered an American burger off of the app. Was told it would come with chips. Was given a plain burger. When I complained I was told there was nothing they could do as the American burger was registered as a plain burger on the till. Will not be ordering an American burger from the Kings Fee again!

I think the table numbers need some TLC as wasted money today items went wrong table. Thr brass tags unclear, get damaged struggle with eye sight. That staff know issues but th black marker rubbed off. Other restaurants got better table numbering system less confusing clearer.
