Whee - E-Scooter Sharing

I tried to hire a electrical scooter/step, after making a deposit of 15,- I needed a creditcard which I don’t have! I didn’t say anything about a creditcard. After more than a week they finally responded. The 15,- is been refunded, BUT!! It’s costs me +4,- euros of transaction costs, scammers for the win in this one! Get your IT up and fix the app, with your so called service. Don’t fool for this one!

They took extra money of my creditcard without permission. Do not trust this company with your creditcard details.

They take without your permission money off your creditcard. Don’t upgrade your wallet and don’t give them your creditcard details. It’s a total scam.

First had contact with the customer service through WhatsApp. They are super friendly and inform you about everything that you’ll need to know. Directly made reservation via the app (extremely easy to use) for the next they. Today my girlfriend and I picked up the scooters. After Manuel explained everything we needed to know we were ready to hit the road. The scooter is absolutely the best thing to cruise through Palma city. You can come everywere and it is a nice way to explore the city with his steep hills! Probably will rent another day during our holiday!

Charge you and doesn’t work. Customer Serra joke, don’t call back AVOID

If the vehicle is working properly, it’s fine. If not, here’s what to expect: - if the vehicle is faulty or needs repair, you only know when the timer started - the timer is per 10 minutes, so you start off with paying for 10 minutes for a vehicle that doesn’t work properly - if you try to call customer service, they are almost impossible to reach - once you tried hard enough, they will promise you that they stop the ride and give you a refund - you keep waiting for the ride to stop which doesn’t happen - they don’t, and you get charged for the waiting Avoid. They are charging stellar prices. You can rent for third the price, and you don’t even have the benefit of returning to any collection point (unlike other e-scooter rental apps), so this app has no benefits at all.

Fantastic

We went 17.5km on these scooters and had the best day exploring the centre of Palma. From start to finish our experience was amazing, we had rented the scooters for my boyfriends birthday and at one point one of the scooters malfunctioned. We called the contact number for Whee and they immediately came to our location with another scooter, absolutely couldn’t fault them. Brilliant customer service skills and had an amazing day!! Thank you so much
