Which?

Very limited. Not much use

The Which? site and magazine are useful if you live in the UK-English speakers elsewhere in Europe will get a lot of less useful services info that won’t apply. However, for product testing and reviews the app and the site really are excellent.

Invaluable resource when making any purchase

I think Which would give their own app a ‘do not buy’ rating if they tested it the same way they test other company’s products. Content is great when you can access it, but there are a few major problems. 1) When signed into the app if you search for reviews and are redirected to the website it doesn’t recognise you as logged in so, frustratingly, you have to sign in again. 2) Articles are slow to load and sometimes don’t load at all on first try. 3) When applying filters in web hosted articles the ‘apply’ button is obscured by a navigation pane. The same occurs when directed to other websites to purchase. Could be so great, but these UI issues are very annoying. Deleted.

Whilst previous app versions have worked fine for me, this latest version doesn’t seem to want to open at all ! No complaints about previous versions and the usual excellent content, I can only give this two stars, as I’m left wondering is it at my end, or is it not working at all for others? (01-08-2024)

The App will not open. Have deleted & reloaded, also restarted iPhone 14 & still nothing

Fantastic magazine and the best value I spend every year, I have never followed their advice and got a bad deal or product, I follow their advice before I make a purchase every time I can and suggest you do too!

Which? Reviews and testing procedures are the ones that carry all the kudos. You can’t do better for trust and impartiality than Which?

I check this for so many buys. I would really miss it if it wasn’t there. I have been a member for several years and give it to my brother as a gift as well. The articles are interesting and informative. Would not want to be without it. Highly recommended!

I initially bought this subscription because I wanted to know about air purifiers. But I have consulted many times for other things unfortunately there is a serious lack of info for items concerning pets: for instance nothing on cat grooming tools, nothing on cat drinking fountain
