What amazes me most about this app is how responsive the developers are. Whenever I ask something in the support section, I get an email response very quickly. Great app and the subscription is totally worth it.

It has potential but the lack of transparency that this app is NOT free unless you own fewer than 5 bottles or are doing an infinity bottle was not cool.

Love the app it is easy to use and live the bottle scan. Much better than the excel spreadsheet i used to keep.

The app continues to come out with more updates making this the best collectors app. The report option with the subscription is really cool with all the different features. Valuation of the collection, diversity, average proof etc. $80/ yr with up to 499 bottles is a decent price. If you consider collectors who spend at least that on one bottle it’s worth it to have the organization of the app and shareable spreadsheet. Very happy with the app and excited for new updates with photo option.

Can not find any bottles. Couldn't search and connect.

Downloaded app. Went thru the three steps. Now it says my email is not confirmed. How do I do this? No way to get into the app after downloading. Nothing received in my email about any codes or confirmation. Tried again and it says I exist already but I can’t get in. Waste of time

I have an iPhone 14 Pro, and using the camera within this app does not focus on the barcode, that’s not able to capture the barcode on the bottle.

This is the best customer service I have encountered on ANY app. If you find a barcode that is not linked to a bottle and notify customer service, it is entered into the app quickly. The only negative thing I can say is that I wish they had higher tier levels for their pro membership. But that is entirely tolerable in exchange for incredible customer service.

Continual updates have improved the UI and my experience. Premium option looks promising, but the free version is powerful!

This app is perfect for any whiskey lover who’s looking to track their collection. I also learn a lot through this app which is great. I signed up for the premium features and definitely recommend others to subscribe as well!
