WHAT TF IS WRONG WITH THIS APP

I think there’s something wrong with chatting and receiving private messages.

It open app store automatically every now and then without any notification

Its having an error it reroot to app store again and again to its other app
Ads that takes me to app store
This app is acting crazy on me. Every 5 sec it takes me to app store for an ad to install some stupid app that i already have on my phone. Stop this bug pls.
If I could give it 0 stars
It’s been acting so freaking crazy lately, it crashes immediately when I open it. I can’t use it for a week now. I keep getting notifications somehow but can’t open it.... Even after the last update -yesterday- Please fix it!!!!!
