App Store keeps opening

I have used this app for over two years as a place to satisfy my curiosity but the app is unusable because the App Store keeps opening up.

Not working

I love this app and i would give it 10/5 stars if i have to, but it doesnt seem to be working. It was just fine then suddenly everything stopped loading and i can’t even post anything. Please fix asap

Cannot delete multiple chats

Buggy - unable to select all or select multiple and delete chats. No delete option

Permenant ban

Usually people who've got down-votes in their chat-ratings get to never chat to anyone again which is an unfair solution from the apps side.

Opinion + suggestion

Overall its quite an interesting app, especially for introverts or people who can't truly express their feelings outside, this is the perfect platform. I would just like to ask though, if the bug can be fixed. The one that causes an issue while we are typing and chatting. Also, having a voice note option would probably be quite convenient as well.
