I am so disappointed with this website! My granddaughter wanted a sweatshirt from white fox, I even subscribed so I would get an additional 20% off to all first-time buyers, however, you have to order at least $60 worth of merchandise to get your 20% off and since the sweatshirt was $59.99 I didn’t qualify! That was ridiculous! I hope she never wants anything from this website again.
I placed an order on November 29, 2024. Have not received any update on my order being processed or shipped. I sent an email on December 8, with no response. If you are looking to get your order within a reasonable timeframe, this is not the place to shop. Very disappointing.

I love the hoodies and all of the clothes but I ordered my hoodie a week ago I have no information of where it is. The app will not let me in. It takes so much for shipping and I am NOT paying double just to get free shipping, I will write another review once I get my hoodie, if I even get it
They do not honor the 20% off to new customers and they don’t offer a contact information either. Very limited inventory. Sets are not complete.

When searching for certain sizes, only items available to purchase in stock should come up on search or it’s a nightmare and waaaaaay to time consuming to go through everything that is not even available to purchase because sizes are sold out!!!
It’s overrated, overpriced, and the only reason I got it was for my friends birthday. It gave me a huge discount for Black Friday, but at the end it was basically the same price. JUST A 5 DOLLAR DIFFERENCE FOR 40% OFF! Huge markup.
