Billed me incorrectly and would not respond
This whiteboard app is not bad. However, it wasn’t the right fit for my needs. I attempted to cancel my trial and even removed my credit card from the system. Without any warning I was billed for an annual subscription. I sent multiple emails and chats over a 24 hour period and heard nothing back. The phone number they list to call is always busy and does not work. I eventually had to take the time to call my bank and dispute the charge. My advice is that you not give this company your credit card.
Love this app! So much potential!
I use this app to tutor math and it’s the best one I’ve found out there for real time collaboration via iPads. Admittedly, there are some aspects that can be smoothened out, but it gets the job done phenomenally. For the developers: please keep developing this! A cleaned up version of this app would be absolutely fantastic for online teachers all around!!
Cannot change grid type
I like this app a lot however recently I am unable to update the grid type after iOS 15 update on the latest iPad 12.9’’ model. Is there a way I can change that?

Nice app
I’m a kid who just needs a board online so that i can show my work in school. I think this will help me a lot. I liked his app but i really think there could be more. For example, you could add more colors and more shades. You could also add more brushes.
Hacked sessions
My sessions keep getting hacked. Tried with 3 different sessions, but each time the content in my board keeps getting erased. Finally someone wrote “I won’t let you study”
Unreliable
Crashes, lags, and is unresponsive all the time. I have better time with Zoom whiteboard.
Live board
Ok
New update has too many glitches
After importing an image, I am no longer able to move the image around the board after the initial placement. I can zoom in and out, but only on the center of the board, not on a desired location. Also every once in a while portions of the board will become blank, the only way to restore the image is to undo or use the erase function to “erase” the blanks to reveal the image underneath. This was a great app before the update, but if these issues are not addressed, I’ll have to find a different app
