Device Poor and outdated

Sadly frequently drops off connections and challenges reconnecting.

In reality the installation was nothing like the instructions. It stopped after 2 discs and failed to recognise subsequent discs.

Had a very good experience in the past but now having a nightmare, what’s happened to change it ??

Although I can’t do without having this App I wish it worked better. It’s fairly useful to set up your disks initially but trying to check where individual devices are and fault finding is a nightmare. Sometimes the App shows maybe 3 discs aren’t working but when checking at the disk it’s fine. Closing down the App then reopening shows perhaps 2 different ones aren’t working instead. Close and open again and it might tell you something completely different. Flaky to say the least. Tells me I have an excellent connection with one disk showing 8 devices so click to see the devises and it says non! Really, this app is a joke.

Rubbish but necessary

Constantly lags whenever you try to pause a device or unpause it. Often doesn’t then respond to a click. Renders it unusable if you want to keep your sanity.
