Don’t bother , their only interested in your money the product is flakey and the customer service is worse I’ve encountered. I reactivated account and have no strap but cant get an answer from anyone .
You sign up for monthly and when you try cancel it charges you for a year. I ran a marathon when it said I had 12% recovery and no ill effects. It’s a piece of rubbish.
I would really recommend as it’s helped a lot with my recovery and sleep especially. I wouldn’t recommend for people with a casual relation to sport but if your an athlete or very heavily involved with sport I would totally recommend to give you that extra edge in performance etc
I buy lots of subscriptions on the App Store. It was totally unclear with Whoop that it’s a 12 month commitment even though you only pay monthly. Very disappointing…..
I love this app. It cuts through the BS that other fitness fog and actually respects the user. However I feel like this is because, like all the marketing says, this is really only for athletes or fitness professionals. I really wish the optimal strain could be lowered manually so that I can have an achievable range to work towards however this isn’t possible unfortunately. I bought a year subscription so I will of course keep using it but I won’t be renewing because it’s just too disheartening when you’re logging multiple activities and still short of the range.
The app is terrible and the tracker is even worse. Got a months free trial and downloaded the app. Both are just awful. Coming from Fitbit and Apple Watch, this thing doesn’t tell me anything I don’t know already. Save your €200 a year and get a Fitbit.
Great app! Really taken my fitness and performance to the next level.
The recent update has wrecked everything. Needless update. Nothing working right now.
App is fiddly, also heart rate on device and app, is wildly inaccurate (compared to polar chest strap) - you’d get much better value for money from a polar chest strap or Apple Watch, also data would be A LOT more reliable
