Please open the apps right away. Opening widgetpod and then redirect to apps looks so bad. The next animation also looks so bad, after the music changing, the widget stay the same with the last artwork. Hemmmm doesnt turn well, i wish i can refund

Exactly what I was looking for, a widget for home screen that I can skip songs w out having to open the entire app. This is exactly that and I love all the options for customization. The only frustrating thing is that after a few mins or so without interacting with the widget it stops responding and freezes and in order to get the widget responding again is to open widgetpod app and play music from there then it redirects to the actual music app you're using- from there I have to go back to the widget and refresh it and only then does it respond to clicks and plays music. Having to do that every 5-10 mins is a little annoying :/ If that can be fixed this app is a 10 out of 10 !

i love the look of it but i wish that when you pick the app you use, it actually works instead of redirecting you to spotify and then going back and it’s still making you pick which platform you use

Purchased the full widget so I could use the vinyl widget and it doesn’t work and doesn’t update. I always have to disconnect my music service then reconnect it for it to work. Then it randomly stops working!!! PLEASE FIX THIS OR REFUND ME MY MONEY

Widget does not update. It has been stuck on the same song for months.

It’s a nice app, and a cute widget, but there’s one huge problem.. For the widget to change the song it shows, you have to click on it for it to update. I wish it would just change the song shown by itself, because it does bother me when it plays a song, but the widget is showing the one that already finished.

Trash try before you buy. Cannot customize anything without paying, do not bother

I enjoy having this app running on my home screen as I listen to music, but I've noticed the widget isn't refreshing the automatically. You can edit the widget to refresh on click, but the app has to be running in the background. This app would be 100% more popular if the widget refreshed songs automatically.

This is a great iOS style media player widget that interfaces with Spotify and Apple Music. It works... as long as you have Background App Refresh enabled for it, and Spotify is online. I'm fine with having Background App Refresh enabled for WidgetPod, but I would really love it if it could work with Spotify while offline. Currently, it doesn't really work with Spotify in offline mode or disconnected from the internet. The widgets on the other hand have some nice customization options. However, to add a custom widget to the homescreen, you have to buy the premium version. I fully understand that, and I do plan on buying the Pro version to support the developer. Surprisingly, there are no ads even in the free version, which is really, REALLY nice. Ads are really annoying sometimes, so huge thanks to the developer for not putting ads in the free version. Can you please look into making the app work with Spotify in offline mode?
