Multipasses not working
Since the update My Ticket Passes defaults to my parking pass. I have to swipe left several times to get to the list. My passenger pass won't read through the gates or on a 'New' handset apparently.

Login process should support biometrics rather than entering username and password. Given the fact that you have to login to view your boarding pass for scanning (and this is dependent on the internet connection working at the terminal AND the app functioning) wouldn’t it make more sense and enable for quicker boarding to allow the boarding passes to be added to Apple Wallet like all other main airlines/train companies do. Additionally being able to pay via Pay would be a great option. Currently Google Pay is offered but not Apple Pay.
This is such a bad app . You try booking a new book of multi link passes . It accepts your money and doesn’t show in your list of bookings when complete . It’s slow and about time it has an overhaul .
I did manage to book through the app but then is hasn’t recorded my booking.
It’s so awful. I’ve just spent the last hour trying to make multiple multi link bookings but is so buggy I have had to give up. Examples 1 I tried to make a new booking but it keeps amending an old one 2 I put in two dates and on the return leg it gives me a different day to one I selected on the previous page 3 I just tried to logout ? Clear cache ? But when as I have forgotten password and want to reset I am told I can’t reset as I am already logged in. Just sooooooo awful it makes me want to tell their staff just how crap they are ….. but if I did I would be banned for 3 months …..
App hangs and stucks all the time, I was in the middle of booking and it got stuck and I had to close the app and open again, then the booking no longer available, I had book the next one, had to wait for 2 hrs in the port because of this app.
Tried to book several times but each time it hung on PayPal and never got payment even tho I authorised it. When I returned to app said payment not made. Ended up using ticket office after 5th attempt. Learn to write code and de bug please.
Not been working for days app is useless supposed to make life easier not more awkward
Tried to register quite a number of times but registration fields unresponsive so gave up.
I’ll keep this brief. Does not remember your bookings! Each time you log in you have to add the booking to get your ticket. Complete waste of time.
