Easily the worst financial services app I've ever used. Do not bank with these people.

it keeps making me press the variations of being a robot over and over again. i already have an account and it won't let me see my balance.

Dumbest app. You have to really search to find atm locations and then when you luckily do manage to find locations it takes you to a website so they can siphon your data. And it doesn’t even tell you if you can deposit anymore! Incompetent

I have been using the Wings app for several years and everything that I need to do, I can do on the Wings mobile app. Transferring money from one account to another is quick and easy and the site is very informative.

App prevents me from copying and pasting an amount into my bill pay. Why won’t you let me do this. This is so frustrating!!!

Problem 1) After calling Wings I was informed that China is on the blocked countries list. I was not informed of that when I opened my account. I always could not find anywhere on the website where it says so. Solution 1) A webpage under the support option that has a list of blocked countries. Problem 2) I have lived in China for 5 years and would set up travel alerts on my cards diligently to make sure they knew I was in Asia. Not once was I informed that the new banking upgrade would prohibit me from accessing my account. Solution 2) An email should have gone out to people with travel alerts that could have warned them of the countries they may be in due to their travel alert region that they may not be able to access their account. All in all my issues come from the lack of communication and transparency. The feeling of being in the dark not knowing what’s going on or why is very frustrating. I have moved most of my assets out of wings and opened an account with Discover. It’s rather ironic that I was able to do this fully online without a VPN. Opening the discover bank account that is.

When getting a CD for the ev2st time people should be told they should have there money go into savings or checking compared to getting locked into a 6 month CD at1.15. That is ridiculous. I will be taking 95,000 out of this bank when my c.d’s are done.

Ever since wings enacted their “new and improved app” the mobile deposit function does not work, and keeps repeating the check may have already been deposited, which it has not been. The IT department is a joke and wings customer service is nonexistent. I’ve had to resort to mailing in my deposit via USPS, and wings doesn’t even provide self addressed stamped envelopes anymore like they used to a few years back. Wings have put profits over customer satisfaction. My accounts at wings are numbered now as there’s plenty of other banking institutions that their mobile app will work like its supposed to.
