Please be cautious when using this service. My transfer has not been processed for over five days. The chat support has never worked, and email responses take more than two days. When requesting a refund, they inform you it will take 3-5 days. This app feels extremely unstable, as if they lack funds. If you don’t want to risk losing your money, I recommend using a different provider.
Worst experience ever compared to my previous usage of other apps. Customer service is not helpful and shows a tone like go away if you are not satisfied. Never use this one anymore.
I used this app that my husband introduced me to in early October to send money from the US to Korea. However, for some reason, it didn't process for more than a week, and when I contacted customer service, they asked me to send them an additional statement from my US bank, but another week passed without any contact. In the meantime, the exchange rate fluctuated and it kept saying that the remittance was under review without any contact, so I canceled the remittance and deleted the app, but I felt very bad because I felt like I had exposed my personal information.

I send money to Korea. Estimated time is 5 days but Wait for 10 days now. It said still in progress. I don’t trust because I emailed 3 times but they don’t have response at all. Please don’t use this company after 11/2024. Positive reviews are old.
I made a transaction for a service in another country. The transaction has been on hold unexpectedly longer than anticipated, and despite the funds being withdrawn from my account, it has not yet completed. I reached out to customer service for assistance, but unfortunately, I was unable to connect with anyone initially. After several hours, a representative returned my call and informed me that there was nothing she could do and that I would simply need to wait indefinitely. This lack of support is disappointing, and I feel my experience was far from satisfactory. She also said that if you don’t like that, she will request refund. Isn’t it ridiculous? It seems there may be a need for additional resources and training within the customer service team to better assist clients in the future.
They withdrew my money from my bank and did not send the money for more than 3 days. They only said they don't know the reason why the money is not being sent. I had to use other app to send the money again after paying the fee again. Most ridiculous response ever.
This app has made my transaction on hold about $3000. I’ve tried to reach out to a customer service for days and it aways says “high volume of the calls we can’t talk to you at this moment.” How am I supposed to do? It’s my cousin’s medica bill and this situation is ridiculous. I also sent an email to the customer service but no response.
Due to the limitation in sending money at one time, it’s so inconvenient. Please increase the limit of sending money. Also need a better exchange rate than other company.
