2년째 사용중인데 송금 소요시간도 짧고 환율도 좋게 적용이 되어 좋은 것 같습니다.

They withdrew my money from my bank and did not send the money for more than 3 days. They only said they don't know the reason why the money is not being sent. I had to use other app to send the money again after paying the fee again. Most ridiculous response ever.

This app has made my transaction on hold about $3000. I’ve tried to reach out to a customer service for days and it aways says “high volume of the calls we can’t talk to you at this moment.” How am I supposed to do? It’s my cousin’s medica bill and this situation is ridiculous. I also sent an email to the customer service but no response.

Due to the limitation in sending money at one time, it’s so inconvenient. Please increase the limit of sending money. Also need a better exchange rate than other company.

상담서비스도 늦고 3일째 출금 잔액이 부족하여 출금 할수 없다고 하네요 통장에 잔고 많이있는데 한번 출금하면 며칠 기다려야하고 그냥 은행에서 보내는게 빠르고 수수료 절약할수있음

I’ve been sent money and wirebarley took $$ from my account right after I sent. But my friend hasn’t received $$. There is no support , also dont know what happen now.

It’s been over a month where my payment is marked delivered but the receivers bank had refunded the money wired. I never received that money back and have been emailing and calling Wirebarley but there hasn’t been a clear response on when I will be getting my money back. One star on customer service being super hard to reach, and telling me the same thing. Unacceptable and never using this service again!
