Spent $1800 on a system that is horrible. Customer service is nonexistent. They only get a hold of you when you decide to cancel. The system is so temperamental you never get an accurate reading. This is coming from someone that owns multiple bars, and I’ve tried other systems. I have all the ones I’ve tried this one is the worst.
This is by far the worst Company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Their customer service is terrible, their follow-through is non existent, and their communication leaves nothing to be desired for. I purchased this product and paid thousands and they never uploaded my inventory nor provided me with a workable product. If you are trying to save money on inventory and cut cost Wisk is not the way to do it. You will find your company in worse shape! Save yourself money and find another solution. 1 star is too good a rating If there was something less than 1 star I would have selected that.
WISK is the best restaurant inventory management system out there - period.
I highly recommend WISK to any restaurant/bar manager who wants to take their business to the next level.
The customer service team is amazing! They're always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have, and they're always willing to help out!

Since I started using WISK, my team is taking inventory 5x faster and they can work at the same time. Plus not only does my team now take inventory from all of our shelves without any internet issues, even from the freezer - wisk also has an ordering feature that makes my life simple! All you need to do is click "order me" on a product in your cart and pre-fill with pars and voila!
Signed up for the free trial app and they charged me $130. I can’t get back
This has made my bar inventory process so easy. Thank you! So far very impressed with WISK.
This app has saved me hours on my weekly inventory. I also use it religiously to place my orders to my suppliers. Love it
