Easy and good

Easy and good to use, very customisable, easy interface. Would be better if the device was available with HomePod- I will be changing to another brand

Not user friendly

The old app I could easily change my lights at any time to what I wanted. Now I have to create folders and settings etc and it’s beyond frustrating… I am not quite sure why you would “update” an app to be less user friendly and far more time consuming just to give myself a different setting when I feel like it. It’s not even worth having these lights anymore. I type this as I’m stuck her with my dim setting, wishing my room was brighter but I can’t figure out how to do it without sitting here for some time to create a whole folder for the mood I’m in in the moment.

Horrid app

First app worked perfectly fine. This one doesn’t even detect the lights half the time and if it does it won’t turn them on or off. Why change apps when the old one was fine?

I play all the time and set the mood for the day

How many settings options does it take to change a light bulb

Couldn’t work out how to connect it to the bulb. Tried for 20 minutes and gave up.

Ever since the release of V2 I cant change the color or even have control of my lights now.. always comes up with an unexpected error. The older version/app was perfectly fine.. idk y u changed things when they worked so well.

Unknown issue occurred

I can never change settings on my light or turn on/off as the app comes up with “Unknown issue occurred. Something went wrong, please try again”. I can’t even turn the light on or off. It’s ridiculous. The old application worked perfectly and it was a lot more user friendly.

App works well once preferences set up, but ….

… before I could pair the app and smart light, I had to do a lot of Googling to discover I had to change my default Wi-Fi to 2.4GHz network setting.

I wish I can click 0 star

Don’t even buy the product. You can really control anything from app. So no point of saying it’s smart light.

Useless

The original app is way better. It won’t even migrate your setting from original app to the new app. As other rating states, you cannot add devices. Complete waste of time downloading this.
