Horrible connection process, requires me to go through my router settings on a device connected via Ethernet cable. Bluetooth does help connect, manual pairing doesn’t work. If I could rate 0 stars I would. $50NZD price tag for a completely useless lightbulb. Waste of money do not buy

Hi, please add ability to ‘toggle’ light mode on/off within Apple shortcuts. Currently need two seperate shortcuts for each state. Would like to be able to use as a switch.

My wifi has no password as I’m in the country on starlink and there’s no one around. The app won’t let me go forward without a wifi password. Therefore I can’t even get started. I was going to buy several bulbs, lucky I just got one to try this out. Wasted time and money. I’ll try to the Philips brand. I wish I’d looked at the reviews here before spending so much on this bulb.

Lights haven’t worked ever since switching to V2. Constant unknown errors, support suggested logging in, then uninstalling and reinstalling the app. V2 won’t even allow me to log in (showing something went wrong Please try again later)… went back to advise this to support and they also told me to try again later. Later never comes, the error always appears, this has been ongoing for months and has only ever been an issue with V2. I suggest sticking to legacy. Given other reviews this is not an isolated issue and you guys need to seriously look into fixing the bugs before pushing people to use a new app.

The old app I could easily change my lights at any time to what I wanted. Now I have to create folders and settings etc and it’s beyond frustrating… I am not quite sure why you would “update” an app to be less user friendly and far more time consuming just to give myself a different setting when I feel like it. It’s not even worth having these lights anymore. I type this as I’m stuck her with my dim setting, wishing my room was brighter but I can’t figure out how to do it without sitting here for some time to create a whole folder for the mood I’m in in the moment.

First app worked perfectly fine. This one doesn’t even detect the lights half the time and if it does it won’t turn them on or off. Why change apps when the old one was fine?

Couldn’t work out how to connect it to the bulb. Tried for 20 minutes and gave up.

Ever since the release of V2 I cant change the color or even have control of my lights now.. always comes up with an unexpected error. The older version/app was perfectly fine.. idk y u changed things when they worked so well.

I can never change settings on my light or turn on/off as the app comes up with “Unknown issue occurred. Something went wrong, please try again”. I can’t even turn the light on or off. It’s ridiculous. The old application worked perfectly and it was a lot more user friendly.
