Garbage app and support
Many bugs trying to connect a simple light. The error messages don’t help understand what the problem is, and support is slow and doesn’t really have solutions.
Poor design, full of bugs
Pretty much the title. The app is littered with bugs and poor design choices. Cannot refresh, things don’t update, and many others.
Terrible UI/UZ
Older version was way better and offered a more pleasant UX
The crapiest app put there
I really don’t understand how the guys from Philips accept having the brand related to this wiz products! I had wiz products for about a year or more and it never happened to work smoothly. App craks, bulbs are moody (today i’ll connect, tomorrow i’m on vacation) etc…I will replace the products with other brands Ledvance etc
Siri Shortcuts do not work
It is great to have scenes in the app, but if I cannot connect them to voice control using Siri it doesn’t help a lot
Extremely buggy
The new version has one major missing feature: integration with shortcuts. I cannot control my lights using Siri anymore. Encountered bugs: - when trying to add a quick action from the widget I get stuck in an endless process. When I close the popup, it shows up again. - pairing an led strip got stuck and the light kept blinking orange. After shutting down the light and turning it back on it worked. - It randomly shuts down - There were 2 predefined quick actions in the widget, both of them displayed a gray screen when clicked and forced me to shut down the app This app is the main reason why I pay 3 times the price for Philips Hue.
literally doesn’t not let me setup the light
hello when i first try to set up the light i try to press the button “start setup” but it just completely fails to work so i essentially wasted 50 bucks because yall decided to be lazy with the app development. shame.
Just get a regular light bulb at this point
It’s pure garbage, nothing works, everything just shows an error
