Very useful and nice app

i'm using two lights bulbs with colors, over 4 years and they work perfectly.

Nothing to do on this app. I still use the old app because the new I can’t do a thing on my dimmable light…standard things like dashboard quick action dime or change light type….from light to night light.. Even on off not working on the new app…just useless. Thank you that you let the old app still work.

Hi! I have installed the app and it is in Chinese or something like. I can’t do anything there.

Even the Help center is not working. I have the “broadcast (udp) on local network” message

Many bugs trying to connect a simple light. The error messages don’t help understand what the problem is, and support is slow and doesn’t really have solutions.

Pretty much the title. The app is littered with bugs and poor design choices. Cannot refresh, things don’t update, and many others.

Older version was way better and offered a more pleasant UX

I really don’t understand how the guys from Philips accept having the brand related to this wiz products! I had wiz products for about a year or more and it never happened to work smoothly. App craks, bulbs are moody (today i’ll connect, tomorrow i’m on vacation) etc…I will replace the products with other brands Ledvance etc

It is great to have scenes in the app, but if I cannot connect them to voice control using Siri it doesn’t help a lot
