The app doesn’t work anymore
Constant ‘unknown error occurred’ and connection issues, can’t add new rooms, basically can’t function properly - ditched

Wiz app is so easy to use and love all the different features of lights, so happy with this purchase I want them in every room!
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME - BIG MISTAKE
I couldn't wait to set up my new smart bulbs. Although there were other brands I could have chosen, but Wiz smart bulbs were advertised as being fully compatible with Alexa, controlled either by voice command or through the app, offering a multitude of different settings, dynamic colour displays, and Circadian rythms. The SpaceSense function was an exciting prospect - and all of this fully automated! Amazing, right? I decided to set up my entrance hall and living room first with the SpaceSense movement sensor. Four bulbs in each area, spaced as per instructions. All set to the same sensitivity, the same dynamic colour display, at the same time each day. Simple, right? Wrong. No matter how many times I’ve reset the lights, 2 out of 4 still illuminate different colours to the all of the others but static instead of dynamic. My bulbs in my bedroom are no better and on top of that the circadian rhythm setting doesn't work. To top everything off - the ‘fully compatible Alexa voice control function’ - DOESN’T WORK EITHER! Outside of Alexa turning the lights on and off, everything else has to be done manually via the app. None of the app’s fundamental functionality, automation or multiplatform compatability claims been fulfilled or satisfied or resolved in my experience. Judging by other user’s comments in pretty much every review that's listed, I'm not alone in that.
Constant errors on this app
Me and my partner have been experiencing issues since we switched over from the previous version. Bulbs now disconnect easily and sometimes I need to reboot my lights which never happened before.
Pure horror
Nothing works. Requires location for some reason otherwise does not work. Impossible to pair even a single lightbulb.
Difficult to use
Can’t seem to invite members, doesn’t actually give a code so nobody else can use the app/ control the lighting. Such a shame as it worked perfectly before switching to this app. I’ve looked on the FAQ pages and I’m doing everything correctly, it’s just not generating the codes to invite people.
Old app was better
I was forced to update the app to continue using it, however now my bulb just won’t connect to my Alexa anymore. I can only control the light from my phone. Not only that, when I try to create a colour shade, I cannot save it for future use. Needs fixing asap
Version 1 Was Better
This new app is over complicated, appears to be difficult to navigate and is harder to connect the devices too. I will not be buying in any further WIZ products based on this experience. Version 2 should be optional. Such a good all round product that had a great app been destroyed. DONT BUY WIZ PRODUCTS, Get a refund before it’s too late!
Migration cloud pass wows not woeking
You make things supposedly very easy and then strings not woeking im trying fir weeks eo migrate deom v1 (ahich btw works abs fine ams the cloud password keeps failing with the message saying ots wrong.
