SAFE SPACE

A gréât series of time and content precise material. Was able to connect the science to the practical applications and in a time conscious manner, short and concise and able to garner the appropriate response to my nervous system in an effective manner. I am glad i found this app and have been recommending it to my friends in the emergency services and those who have always found meditation or even stillness difficult to attempt. Give it a try and see for yourself, it has also got the best and cutest animations around 😊❤️

Breath work is such an incredible tool to have in your back pocket. I was introduced to it at work when they invited Rory Warnock in to do a session. It piqued an interest but it was hard to form the habit and get a solid understanding of it. I saw Wombat on Rory’s Insta and thought I’d try it out. I haven’t been disappointed. I’ve just completed the 2 week course and I’ve noticed that i feel better. its a coincidence that I also lost my job the day after I started it, so it was very timely for me. It’s hard to quantify or prove but I feel that breath work has kept me grounded and able to regulate the stress. It’s also been particularly useful when preparing for and during interviews. Just knowing that I can use my breath to really calm me and regain focus. The best meditation app I’ve tried! Love how simple and easy Wombat Meditation app is to use. I was practicing my first guided breathing tutorial to help me go to sleep in less than a minute after downloading the app. The breathwork teachers have calming voices. It’s as if someone is leading a meditation practice in the same room. I also appreciate the science elements of this app, with neuroscience and mindfulness psychology being spoken to which I think is really interesting to learn and apply! Great price too compared to other calming and headspace meditation apps out there. Thanky…💤
