Never received my delivery

I ordered on Christmas morning , I gave a time I wanted it to be delivered. Not only was it late but the driver does not contact the customer to make sure there is a smooth delivery process. I also emailed the Woolworths team 3 times now and there has been no response. This is the worst service anyone could give. Not only did they provide absolutely horrendous service but they took my money and are not doing anything about it!!!

Missing items on order

My passion fruit sparkling cool drink wasn’t delivered , plus my one chai smoothie

Something wrong

I don’t know why, but for some reason when I’m outside of SA the app doesn’t work. It worked fine for 3 weeks and now it’s just terrible. Preferred just using the site through the web

Waste of time and money!

I’ve never received my order and still waiting on money refund. Contacted their customer service couple of times and no one is doing anything. Call them and they promised I’ll receive my order what didn’t happen. I emailed them 3 times for money refund since I’m not even in SA anymore, on what they confirmed how they will do it and after follow up email I received survey to rate products that I never received. Spare your time and save your money and don’t use this app!

Worst banking app

Glitches endlessly, customer service call centre is absolutely terrible.
