So upset :(
I absolutely love this game and have been playing it for +- 7 years but I am very unhappy with the teams service. I have been trying for months now to get in contact with someone, emailing and sending reports on the game to woozworld to help me with a problem but I haven’t received any useful help back. I was inactive for a few months as I never had time to play and I decided to go back on and I couldn’t log into my account and thought I had maybe forgotten my password so then I tried resetting it many times but still haven’t received an email to reset my password. I then thought I had maybe changed my email and tried doing the same thing with my other email and still nothing came through to reset my password. I went back into my purchase history emails and saw that purchases were made on that email for that account so either my account is lost or someone changed my email and password. It was not hacked though because it has been inactive for over a year now and the outfit I was last wearing hasn’t been changed. I was forced to make a new account after spending 5 years+ playing on my old account and wasted so much money on it for me to just be logged out. Please can someone help me
