I love using the app, it’s never boring. Please consider chatting option during game to have more interaction with the vs player.
Application Bugs
There are glitches in your game. You need to debug it. First, the sound. It needs to be fixed. When opening the game sometimes, it doesn’t have a sound. Second, the bonus tiles. Sometimes I cannot see the bonus tiles. Third, the boosters. Sometimes it is not doing what it should supposed to do. Fourth, opponents tiles are being boosted even though there is no booster played. Kindly update as the bugs cannot be tolerated especially if the player has been using real money to buy game stuff. It is so unfair! Don’t just keep on updating the events, DEVELOPERS need to also update the application.

Game is glitching?
After the Snow Leopard event update, there is now a maximum number of boosters you can have in your hand (less than 10) and in my experience, every time a booster is played, 30 seconds is deducted from my turn so if you play even just two boosters, you don’t have enough time to play any word on your first or I guess subsequent turns??? I hope this is just a glitch? But impossible to win with these glitches? Please fix it.

Game issues
Update: Today the heart shaped box booster removes 25 sec from the game when used!?! Is it just me or the booster rules have changed? 1. Maximum of 5 boosters can be used before using another booster. Making most boosters that gives 2-3 new boosters when used unusable now 2. Randomizer booster removes 5 sec for every booster randomized - it never happened before this recent update 3. No sounds even when sound is on. Before this happened, you can either hear a woman shrieking during the game or sounds were glitching. Then complete silence currently. What’s happening? I have subscribed to this. Need a fix on these issues.

System glitch or game was hacked?
My last game was interesting. Not sure if system has a glitch on scoring as my opponent’s score count was wrong and doubled in at least 2 rounds. Please fix this bug/issue.
