Game has just got stupid now, too many cards that arn’t accessible to everyone. Its not a word game anymore its just a points game. I used to love this. Deleted app now.

Used to be great
I used to really enjoy this game because it was about strategy, now it’s more about the befits you get from subscribing and paying a monthly fee, giving you access to better cards. I understand developers want to make money, but tbh it’s ruined the authentic game play for me and I’ve switched to scrabble for that reason.
Just slow
I’ve played the game for years but since the last update the game is become slow and it’s not that relaxing anymore
Fed up of the cheating/glitches
I have been playing this game for years and, although I would like to to get the added benefits, I have refused to pay until the developers curtail the cheating/glitches. It has been confirmed to me now by a support members response that they don’t care and think it’s funny. I have submitted countless screenshots that show exactly what is happening in the game yet I get a message to say in order for them to be able to investigate I must VIDEO RECORD the games and submit that. What on earth is that about!? I like the idea of the game and think it could be great but like so many others have stated the cheating/glitches are infuriating and completely ruin the game. I will not waste my time and effort anymore which I know is what the support team want but they clearly aren’t going to do anything anyway so there’s no point. The game might as well save some money and get rid of their support team.
Great but….
Only improvement I recommend is it’s a disadvantage going first. Centre tile should be double word as in the famous word game
Game not working I pay money every month sort it out
After recent update the game is not working no point paying to be a VIP member when you cannot play the game.
Great but freezing
The game is really enjoyable but every few games I got froze out. It’s a real shame because the game is great but losing for glitches is rather annoying.
Great game but it crashes
I have been playing this game daily as it is quite addictive. However, today my games started crashing. Even when I have won and completed the game, I can not receive rewards and I lose energy, gems and coins ( tournaments ) because of this. It is such a shame as otherwise this game is 5 star.
Cheaters
Subscription cancelled, just fed up of all the cheaters on the game. The developers do nothing!
Full of Cheats
Avoid this game, no end of problems with it freezing or game hackers being able to cheat. Definitely do not pay into this game. You can report your issues over and over again but nothing is ever resolved.
