Great!
😍
Love the App, Hate Price Options
This is the best vocab app I’ve ever used!! So fun with the illustrations and the pronunciation! However, I will have to cancel after the free trial because unfortunately I don’t have the means to drop $50 on an app at once. I would love to see price options where you could pay weekly or monthly (like a subscription) so more people (like me) will have the means to use it.
No saved library
There’s no place to save words that you plan to study
Why do all vocab apps need money?!?
I downloaded this app five minutes ago and it is already asking for money! I just want a free app to improve my vocabulary, is that too much to ask?!?!
Poor design on the platform
not friendly in usage: the options are not easy to locate. It needs time to find how to use the app as a premium user…. Hassle
Seriously?
You can't use the app unless you pay? Am I understanding that correctly?
Word of the Day
Very fun way to review and increase vocabulary and love of language. Would love to see word of the day offered in other languages (Spanish, French, Russian) 😁
False advertising
I decided to add your app for the free 7day trial only for you all to try and charge me $58?? Right after I added the app, I cancelled. It showed as yesterday being canceled then you guys tried charging me and I can’t update or do anything until this is handled. I contacted Apple they said you guys have to remove it or take care of this issue. I emailed last night and still no response. Please follow up in a timely fashion and clear this issue. Finally after weeks someone responds but didn’t fix the issue above. You guys can see that app was never used and I didn’t get to use my free 7day trial as shown when I clicked it. Please fix the issue asap!
