Even on supposed battery saver mode this chews through power, never seen any app like it, is it mining? Apart from that it’s a nice game.

I would love to see a couple of updates that would take this to 5 stars: 1) also allow swiping for input (I have RSI and tapping over swiping isn’t great). 2) really consider whatever dictionary you’re using OR implement a system where I can turn off the niche Scrabble-only outmoded words. If it’s not in the OED I’m not sure how I’m meant to know it. I’m not a completionist by any means, but I think anyone who wants to get these words is reduced to brute force eventually. 3) *potentially* alllow for everyone to receive the same 9 letters each day? I’d love to play with my family.
Drains your battery very quickly
Love this wordgame. The lovely graphics and the 'easy on the ear' sound effects combined with a wordgame is perfect for me. Well done! Just a question though. I know it's a 'daily' wordgame but is there a way to 'delay' moving onto the next day, you know, until you're ready? Perhaps with the use of a yearly calendar?
First of all I enjoy the game. It’s a nice relaxing word find format, and the word formation mechanic is well designed and intuitive, and swiping back across words is very satisfying. However for a very simple game, this thing heats up my phone and chews through battery to a surprising degree. It’d be nice to be able to turn off whatever graphical feature that is doing this (not that I can find a settings option anywhere - some button labels in the top screen wouldn’t hurt either).
As the title implies. I bought this game and saw the line 1 star review which made me compelled to write another review on top. In fact this is my first store written review. The whole UI and presentation is pleasant. With my limited vocabulary I was able to enjoy the game in short bursts on and off each day. Couple of points I hope can be added in the future: simple Dictionary that can provide simple explanation of the words. Sometimes I just guess haha Maybe simple soundtrack would be nice Keep it up! It was interesting for a couple of days, but who can honestly be bothered trying to get every single 3, 4 & 5 letter words possible when the main challenge is trying to get the nine letter word. I’ve already uninstalled it, not worth buying.
This game is simple and so relaxing. Nice soft sound, no ads, no loud noises, no rush. It doesn’t recognize some words, but it is easy and fun to provide feedback using the in-app method. I’m glad that it doesn’t include obscure, weird words used in scrabble and crossword puzzles. Highly recommended!!!
Ghat for example. I’m in my 80s and have never used the word. I will probably never use it. Normal words, if old, like sough, gat and gam are excluded. Oh yes, I verify the words I enter are in the dictionary. I verify those “strange” ones you sometimes use are also there.
Racial slurs included in one game. This is disgusting and unacceptable. And why does my review keep getting deleted?
