The program was great, until it just wasn’t. Verizon has limited resources for customer support, they do not remove costs for field users when I terminate techs, the apps aren’t compatible with androids any longer. My techs can’t even create jobs in the field. We are a 24/7 hvac service company and can’t creat jobs after hours. Our customers never receive their invoices if we email through the Verizon platform. The sync between fleet attics and quickbooks ALWAYS DISCONNECTS. I will be so happy when my contract is up.

Doesn’t work correctly with iPad 10th generation. Constantly freezing on startup logo and nothing helps to start the app.

Notes section only has a small window where you can read/type in so you can only see 15% of what’s actually there. Have to manually capitalize new sentences in notes for some weird reason. Can only upload 1 image at a time to documents and half the time the app crashes while uploading. App crashes a lot.

Needs another update. CONSTANTLY freezing. Half the apps functions aren’t working half the time please field test this better and update. I’m trying to get work done and make money. Thanks.

They charged me after I canceled

I purchased this with tons of promise from the company. After a few months and 10 training sessions we were experiencing lost invoices, terrible integration with QuickBooks and a never ending series of online training. I canceled and went to another better software. now 6 months later I get an invoice for the 6 months after I canceled. When I called they said i can’t just cancel it , it was a contract... the thing is they interrupted access to my account because of all the issues I was raising so I could not use the software. This is the worst functioning software I’ve ever used. Terrible support and now they are trying to collect a for a full six months after their service was cancelled. Just like all Verizon services this one is horrible. Save your time, money and much frustration!!!! Now after I canceled they are charging me for a full year of use because they decided internally to deny my cancelation. What a scam! Verizon is the worst company ever. Update it’s 2 years later and 2 collections agencies later and they are still trying to charge me when they breached the contract. The product never even truly worked the way they sold it to me.

We have been running this application for almost two years now. This has been one of the worst mistakes I have made for my company. There is absolutely no support from fleetmatics and we have been lied to from the start. They will make you believe that fleetmatics is the right solution for you and lead you on with countless lies. We have reached out north of 5 times to get help implementing the software but all we have recieved back is that they cannot help us more. Do not make the same mistake we did.
