Horrible Company
The program was great, until it just wasn’t. Verizon has limited resources for customer support, they do not remove costs for field users when I terminate techs, the apps aren’t compatible with androids any longer. My techs can’t even create jobs in the field. We are a 24/7 hvac service company and can’t creat jobs after hours. Our customers never receive their invoices if we email through the Verizon platform. The sync between fleet attics and quickbooks ALWAYS DISCONNECTS. I will be so happy when my contract is up.
