UX is ultra bad
Each time login required on mobile which is annoying! Finding anything is ultra difficult in workday, I donot like it! I am seeing the nuances of finding things/navigation from 2014 itself. It is not user friendly UX is ultra bad! Thanks!
Confusing layout
The workday tool is not intuitive to use. The work flows are not structured in a logical manner. It is very difficult to navigate and do simple tasks. After using it for few years I still standby original assessment. Worst software. Utterly useless and non intuitive. A 5 year old can design a better layout of information.
A phenomenal tool for being up-to-date
Workday has been a superb tool and app, handy for accessing and checking on the updates and keeping a track as well.
Useless app
I just joined a new job and my organisation uses this workday platform to manage their employees. The platforms works fine through the browser on my work laptop. But when I entered my organisation ID on this app , it is just giving me the loading screen and nothing else. I tried with both wifi and cellular data but this app don't work.
Issue with authenticator app
The application has issue when logging in. It takes the user to Duo authenticator to authenticate and once approved it comes back to the login screen asks for face authentication and once done says Duo is needed for authentication
App download allow to enter credentials
It will be hectic to enter the credentials. The screen not allowing to enter email itself. After so many times of back and forth with mobile home screen and work day app it allowed to enter email. Second screen which asks me to click on Verify button for password less is not at allowing to click. We cannot use keyboard, click a button, not even refresh or reload. I had uninstalled the app and tried again but no luck. I am using iPhone XR
