Improve the interface and speed please
Cannot withstand high volume and hangs when many users are trying to log in at the same time. Makes people very frustrated.

No option to withdraw or cancel for CICO
There’s no option to withdraw or cancel for Clock in or Clock out for primary officer user, which is troublesome. If accidentally submit to the wrong approving officer due to system lag or so, there’s no button for amendment, withdraw or cancel!
Transport Claims
Having to spend more time for transport claim as some functions no longer present , want to give 0 stars
Unbelievably bad app
Unreliable and keep crashing. Some functions need u to log out and log in numerous times.

App keep crashing
Either bring back Pac@gov or do better! App keeps crashing when trying to apply for leave or MC etc which is so not user friendly. It’s disgusting that public servants have to deal with this nonsense app.

App keeps on auto closing while keying in the details. Unreliable app !

Ever since the ios upgrade (late Feb), the app keeps crashing especially when applying for leave. Please stabilise the app as it’s very troublesome to apply via the website.
Crashing on iOS 17.3
Ever since i updated my device, app keeps crashing on startup, tried reinstalling and still no luck.
Crashing on 17.2.1. Please fix! Still not fixed on 18/1/24
