App keeps crashing resulting in poor user experience. Everything else is okay.

Cannot submit leave because the app keeps on crashing

cant even give proper payout due to system down! Always maintenance and also problem with payout Problem many many !

Recently caused alot issues or should I say inconvenience especially cos the org relies on the clock in/out on e app when it was down for maintenance during my work.Well initially i would see it as an oversight but issues or i would say it’s problems start arising when i can’t even submit my timesheet on various platform eg.Phone n Desktop.Up till now 1st May since 28 last mth its still unresolved.Ow 3 working days really?I question the efficiency pf how they handle these issues arising from maintenance. I foremost hope these review goes straight to the to immediate department to please look into it cos i find it ridiculous for 3 day wait .

Imagine just trying to clock in for work. Should be the easiest thing to do in the world. And guess what? “Some mini apps may be missing due to error” Horrendous app to use
