The progression of the game is too slow. Everything takes too long time to finish unless you have diamonds, which are not easy to come by unless you pay for them.

this game is very fun but for newer players challenging. the cooks take forever to cook and it feels so long to the customers and us players. would recommend though.

This latest update is a disaster for the players. You got rid of watching ads to dismiss 3 dining patrons so that we could level up faster. You made the challenge event now 20;diners for each of the 3 prizes in 8 days. It was 15 which was hard enough because as soon as you start building up on 1 item then it switches to 1 of the other 2. I play this game so much and lately, I can’t win anything. I used to win at least 1 of the 3 items. I also suggested to you to have a decor market for players to buy excess decor items they have. Nothing happened. I also said that all food ingredients should be free. A lot cost diamonds to buy especially sugar, chocolate, pork, etc. Like really? Charging us for making the food required in the game. Everything costs so many diamonds…expansions, upgrades, etc. you can’t play this game unless you are willing to spend a lot of your own money. Now you made it even harder to succeed in this game. A lot of the food items take too long to cook. Your chef specials cook duplicates of other chefs for $14.99. On top of that, you keep repeating these chef special buys. Don’t you have any ideas left in your brains? I have so many ideas. The wine takes forever to make and costs 10 diamonds for 1 plot. The new decor items are so large that they take up 1 whole expansion space! Idk, you guys just really have to get your priorities straightened out. This game is for the enjoyment of the players. Not for you to keep making money off of us. I’ve already submitted my suggestions to support so don’t tell me to contact them. You’ve just started to ruin such a great game! Also, you just deleted the weekly challenge to win a new chef and/ or decor. Guess you couldn’t come up with any new and fresh ideas anymore because you’ve been putting in duplications of both items lately. That really closed the game for me to play anymore. The final straw.

Don’t know what’s going on with the game but won’t let me connect with my Facebook friends this is the 3rd time reporting the same problems been 3 weeks still no resolution
