It shuts down when opened

I am playing the game on iPad Pro And whenever I open it it shuts down without completely opening

great game but suddenly tell me there are no connections with servers or their servers in maintenance! and in important time that i have to get in, put that in your mind, there is a people buy from your app.

The game not complete the connecting to the server reach 50% only and showing message that check your network I removed the game and still

cheated by the bad App

My daughter bought diamonds and she was cheated by the bad app and it was worth 19 riyals and she takes 175 diamonds, she refused but in the end I got 25 diamonds
