No longer works

This app stopped working for me yesterday. It launches for a brief moment and then crashes. I restarted my phone and reinstalled the app multiple times. Please fix this app.

WS View just keeps crashing

The app no longer opens. Just keeps crashing.

Device list not working

I had this app configured and working to provide remote monitoring and although it bugged me that I had to go to the website rather then pull it up in the app, it’s actually worked well over the past few months. Unfortunately the wifi changed and the only way to reconfigure the connection was to do a reset and go through the setup process again. This time I was prompted to do a firmware upgrade but I didn’t record the MAC address of the gateway and after the upgrade it doesn’t show up on the device list and I can’t bring it up on the website. It’s a public wifi network so no way of finding out the IP address to add it manually. For all purposes now, the gateway and sensors I invested in are all junk now.

App is Unreliable

The features of the system and information displayed on the app I am quite happy with, but on several occasions the app doesn’t display any information. I have to go to the actual website to view information which defeats having the system.

Barely works.

Used it to register an Ecowitt WiFi router and soil monitors - the hardware is great, but this app is awful. The developers should really put in at least 5 minutes to test the feature - very few of them work properly.

Garbage

Went through the whole setup ... it says it’s connected, but doesn’t show weather data on the app. Just stays blank! Don’t bother with this app.

Device list still not working

I’ve added 2 devices, they say they’re connected, indicator lights say they’re connected. Can not view device in device list or on ecowitt website

Go through the connection process, says device was successfully added but does not show up on the device list. Junk

Excellent app

This app is designed to capture and present data from my EcoWitt PWS. It works very well and provides a reliable and clean stream of weather information. It has been continuously updated over the last several months and I enjoy using it. Highly recommended.
