The worst app I’ve met so far…
一星都唔值
嗰班等退休嘅老屎窟，水務署嘅Officer你哋搞乜春？ iOS已經去到17喇18都就嚟㗎啦，你哋個Apps仲停留喺iPhone 4年代嘅介面完全冇更新你哋搞乜鬼㗎？ 係咪應該搵審計處查一查你哋班人返工係做乜㗎？根本唔係便民做唔到與時並進交稅養你哋做乜春？
Low quality
The app is like one developed 100 years ago. It’s a shame this is the app of a governmental utilities department being used in 2024.
不能使用
極差！ 不能登入！ 彈 app！
點解同中電煤氣比，你地真係好唔便民
app連全面屏都未適配，好似ap年前的app咁。而且其他兩間可以透過qr code綁定alipay 或者wechat pay自動提醒我到期繳費，你地係加入唔到。我想問呢個功能好難？每次都要我等信到，我試過收唔到信，一啲都唔便民！
沒有太大用途
只可以閱讀最新一期未繳交之賬單，前期嘅賬單沒有顯示

A large room to improve this app. This is totally embarrassing.
Rubbish app
Totally rubbish app and waste time to keep pressing the button and trying find if there is any hidden button to instruct the app to go next step. Totally wast time.

點先可以用同一部電話scan個QR code繳費？係唔係要借多部電話save個QR code再scan?
