"Functional Flaws and Frustrating Delays in WWE App Experience"
I'm writing to express my frustration with the recent changes to the WWE Network app. The constant alterations to the app's layout are not only unnecessary but counterproductive. It's perplexing why a perfectly functional design is being tampered with, creating confusion and diminishing user experience. Furthermore, the delay in availability of episodes like Friday Night SmackDown and Monday Night Raw, which lag by a whole month for viewers outside the US, is unacceptable. As a paying subscriber, I expected timely access to content. This delay is a significant disservice to loyal fans who rely on the app for up-to-date WWE content. These issues need immediate attention and resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stop changing things
Unnecessary changes keep happening on this app like the layout. Where is the schedule gone? I’m trying to look at the schedule to check what time Summerslam is on at but I have no idea anymore on where to go. Confusing layout.

Video overlap
When I watch old Monday nitro on iPad, the video plays on screen and a seperate video plays behind of the same episode, I pause and watch the second video then a third starts to play. 3 audios playing at the same time. Urgent fix needed.
What happened to full screen?
Can’t watch pre-HD content in full screen anymore! What’s up with that?
Great app apart from small problem
Its a great app. Love the network. Only problem is that it occasionally logs me out of my account. Then loses record of what i have watched before it logged me out. For example i watched Backlash and NXT Brooklyn 2 before the forced logout and now theres no record. If this can track what I've watched better then it will be perfecr
