I like what the service tries to offer but the app needs some work (especially Apple TV version). Shudder tv constantly trying to play in the background after you finish a movie or episode, so you get two audios overlapping… Also, doesn’t remember what you were watching most of the time so for TV shows you have to search each time after you open the app again. The search also isn’t very intuitive. Could be great if they fixed this stuff (does anyone even watch shudder tv???) and added some more content.

This app is dreadful. It’s so clunky. Every time you exit a video, it forgets where you were. You can’t just resume from where you left off, it always goes back to the start. Utter rubbish.

I was recommended it as I wanted to watch scream 4 and the saw movies but it had neither of those movies on it (on Irish servers anyways). Also didn’t have any of the Halloween movies or anything like Friday the 13th. The only movie I recognized was the Texas chainsaw massacre which I haven’t seen but decided I was going to watch it with the free trial but I couldn’t watch anything with it. It seems good if you’re looking for new horror movies to watch but not so good if you’re looking for specific ones

Impossible to subscribe, render to the application being useless.

Great streaming site. The Eli Roth documentary series is worth the subscription alone. Other great documentary series on Giallo and other genres. Always a few new horror movies each month.
